Here are some key highlights of the report for this year:
- In 2025/26, we carried out 23,382 repairs. 22,270 were completed by our in-house Repairs team, and 1,112 were completed by our contractors.
- At the end of the year, 99.9% of our homes had a valid gas safety record and 100% of our fire risk assessments were up to date.
- This year, we spent nearly £150,000 helping 800 residents through our support fund.
- We hosted 44 engagement events across our communities.
- We received 320 complaints, and all were responded to within our standard of 10 working days. 82.6% of these complaints were resolved at stage 1 of our complaints process, and 17.4% were escalated to stage 2.
- 606 residents living in rented homes and 57 shared owners completed our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey. With 84.2% of our residents and 80.7% of shared owners being happy with the service they received.
- We received 618 reports of anti-social behaviour, including untidy homes, gardens and bin stores and noise complaints. 81% of residents were satisfied with how their ASB case was handled, and 74% were satisfied with the overall outcome of their ASB case.
- We awarded £50,000 in funding to support initiatives within our communities through our Community Investment Grants.
- We completed 344 new homes and started building a further 206, which are scheduled for completion during 2026/27. Additionally, we sold 105 shared ownership homes between April 2025 and March 2026.
- 80% of our homes have an Energy Performance Certificate rating of C or above.
