Here are some key highlights of the report for this year:
- In 2024/25, we carried out 23,654 repairs. 19,985 were completed by our in house Repairs team and 3,669 were completed by our contractors.
- At the end of the year, 99.5% of our homes had a valid gas safety record and 100% of our fire risk assessments were up to date.
- This year, £180,282 of our support fund helped 1,191 residents.
- We held 38 engagement events across our communities and held 120 coffee mornings in our independent living schemes.
- We received 319 complaints, and all were responded to within our standard of 10 working days. 79% of these complaints were resolved at stage 1 of our complaints process and 21% were escalated to stage 2.
- In 2024/25, 589 residents living in rented homes and 62 shared owners completed the survey. With 81.8% of our residents and 62.9% of shared owners being happy with the service they received.
- We received 732 reports of anti-social behaviour including untidy homes, gardens and bin stores and noise complaints. 89% of these cases were closed through early intervention and 11% were closed through legal action.
- We awarded £39,416 in funding to support initiatives within our communities through our Community Investment Grants.
- We completed 278 new homes and started building a further 168, which are scheduled for completion during 2025/26. Our target for the year was 239 new homes. Additionally, we sold 78 shared ownership homes between April 2024 and March 2025.
