We have two exciting new opportunities for you to get involved with us and help elevate other resident’s voices.
Could you be a community champion?
Our community champions will play an important role in linking us with local communities. They’ll help share feedback, raise concerns, and highlight the issues that matter most to you and your neighbours. By working closely with our champions, we hope to respond more quickly and effectively, ensuring every community has a strong voice.
Community champions will receive £20 in vouchers for every full hour worked.
Could you join our complaints review panel?
Our complaints panel plays an important role in helping us continuously improve the services we provide. As a panel member, you will review how complaints were handled at stage one, provide feedback on our responses, and help ensure they are fair, thorough, and in line with the Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) Complaint Handling Code and our policies.
You will receive a £20 e-gift voucher (of your choice) for each complaint you review.
