As you may be aware, from 1 June we’ll be moving our heating servicing and maintenance contract from Liberty Group to Sureserve.
As part of this change, we’re reviewing all repairs previously raised with Liberty that are not yet marked as complete. This is so we can either arrange a new appointment or cancel the repair if it’s no longer needed.
