Report anti-social behaviour
In many cases, it is better if you speak to your neighbours directly about this – they may not be aware of the impact what they are doing is having – loud music, for example.
You can call our Neighbourhood and Estates team on 0300 3300 0900, selecting options 3 and 1 or you can enter extension number 7333 when prompted. You can email the team on myarea@havebury.com.
You can report fly-tipping and abandoned vehicles on myHavebury.
If the behaviour is criminal, contact 101, or 999 if there’s a risk to life.
Or you can complete the online form below
Reporting tenancy fraud
Aswell as the financial risks, tenancy fraud creates negative social impact and stops communities from thriving. The lack of a settled home to those who truly need it has an adverse effect on the education of children, health and employment prospects and the creation of safe communities. It is imperative that the allocation and use of our homes is aligned with our objectives and the idea of social housing as a whole.
We work in partnership with other agencies to investigate fraud, and when evidence demonstrates that tenancy fraud is occurring, we will take legal action to recover the property when other measures have failed.
If you suspect tenancy fraud is taking place in one of our homes, please contact us on 0300 3300 900 or make an anonymous report via our website here.
Reporting fly-tipping
Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of household or trade waste. It can vary in size, from as little as a single bag of rubbish, to domestic items such as furniture and fridges and has a real impact on your community.
What to do if you discover a fly-tip
If the offence is being committed at the time of the call, please contact your local police team by dialling 101.
We advise you not to touch fly-tipped waste, as it may be dangerous.
The council treats this as a serious offence and will prosecute anyone caught fly-tipping waste.
You can also use myHavebury to report fly-tipping in the area.
Once you are signed into the app you will see the new “tell us something” icon.
You also have the option of adding a photo to your report
When reporting a fly-tip, you will see a map, which you can use to select the location of the fly-tip.
Next, please tell us the nature of the fly-tip (and if you know who caused this issue).
