Our team of estate rangers are the eyes and ears of our communities.

Our goal is to keep building places that are welcoming, well looked after, and shaped around what residents really need. We’ll be focusing on working closely with local people and community groups, building strong relationships, listening more, and always looking for ways to improve. It’s all about making sure our estates feel like home and that everyone has a say in how they grow.

What our estate rangers do

  • Identify and report issues such as fly-tipping, vandalism, or grounds maintenance needs
  • Carry out regular inspections of communal areas
  • Support residents by ensuring estates are well maintained and any issues are dealt with quickly

You’ll often see our estate rangers out and about in your area. If you have any concerns while they’re there, please feel free to speak to them directly, they’ll always do their best to help.
