How can I pay my rent?
Via myHavebury
The easiest and most convenient way to do this is through your own online portal, myHavebury.
Not only can you make a payment but you can also view your account details, report a repair and much more!
To create an account, you will need to confirm:
- your Havebury account reference number (you will find this on your payment card or on your annual rent statement)
- your surname
- your date of birth
- your email address

There are other ways you may want to pay:
Direct Debit
Your rent can be taken by Direct Debit on any day, on either a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly basis.
If you are the bank account holder, you can set up a Direct Debit with a member of our Income team over the phone. If you would prefer, you can complete the form below.
By phone
You can pay using our automated telephone line 24/7. All you need to do is call 0300 3300 900, selecting option 1 or extension 2280.
Post Office, PayPoint and PayZone
You can pay using your existing Havebury payment card at a choice of locations across the UK, and even abroad! These include the Post Office, PayPoint and Payzone outlets. Click the relevant outlet to find your closest location.
