The SRS is an environmental, social and governance – or more commonly known as ESG – standard. They work primarily with the housing sector to measure and report on ESG in a transparent and consistent way.
We know housing plays a significant role in our country’s carbon emissions, and we are committed to playing our part in addressing climate change.
Over the next three years, we’ll focus on identifying and upgrading our existing homes to meet future standards. This includes using our Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1 funding to bring homes currently under Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) C up to that standard.

We are currently working on our first ESG report, which we will share early next year.
