We will listen to your voice however you choose to share it with us. We will use your comments to make our services better. We will tell you where we’ve done this using plain and simple language, in a timely way. Where we haven’t used your feedback, we’ll explain why.

You can also view our Resident Voice Strategy here.

So, how can you get involved?

Following your feedback, we know you want to see us in your communities more and we are currently looking at different ways of building on what we have already achieved. We want to ensure that you can share your voice however you choose to, and this can be both online and in person.

Our drop-in events are informal and open to everyone. You can come along for a chat, ask questions, or find out more about the support and services available to you.

Members of the team will be on hand to:

  • Listen to your views, feedback and ideas
  • Answer general questions about your home and community
  • Share information about our services and how to get involved
  • Help point you in the right direction if you need further support

The team members attending may vary from event to event, but we’ll always make sure there’s someone available to listen and help where they can. If we can’t resolve something on the day, we’ll make sure it’s passed on to the right team.

There’s no need to book, just drop in when it suits you.
