Board of Directors

The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for Havebury's governance framework. 

It receives regular reports from the following committees:

  • Operations
  • Audit and Risk
  • Remuneration and Governance
  • Development
  • Executive Directors

Each board director and committee member receives a small payment for their work. This is set by an independent panel which works to national guidelines. Relatives of board directors or committee members are not allowed to benefit financially from these roles.
