We all need to play our part in keeping you safe in your home, through safety checks we carry out, for example, and you can contact us if you have concerns about something.
But there’s things you can do as well, like checking your smoke alarms, keeping your communal area clear from clutter, and by calling us should you ever be worried about something in your home.
The Building Safety Act 2022 requires residents to be advised of who the responsible person is in respect of the relevant fire safety information for their homes. You will find this information below.
Jenny Spoor Havebury Housing’s Director of Operations, Havebury House, Western Way, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3SP, is the overall responsible person.
Alan Boddey Fire safety surveyor, who is responsible for conducting fire risk assessments and conducting any appropriate building safety actions and is your point of contact.
Claire Tooke Fire risk assessor, who is responsible for assessing our homes and identifying and recording fire safety risks.
If you have any questions or queries relating to fire safety, please contact firesafety@havebury.com
