We’re delivering our grounds maintenance service in-house from 5 February!

As you may already know, last year we made the decision to deliver our grounds maintenance services ourselves.

This was for various reasons, mainly because you told us that you preferred when our in-house team carried out work, rather than our contractors. We also wanted to have better control over the quality of the service we provide you.

From 5 February, you’ll start seeing our new dedicated team out and about in your communities, maintaining our green areas. We’ll be introducing members of the team over the next few weeks, so please keep an eye on our social channels. They’ll be in Havebury-branded vehicles and uniforms, so please feel free to ask them any questions if you see them in your area.

What this means for our grounds maintenance service

We’ve built a great team who are excited to get out and learn more about our residents and where they live. We’ve worked hard to ensure the transition from idverde to our new team runs smoothly, but please be patient with us over the next few weeks.

The team aims to cut and maintain all areas every four weeks, regardless of season. We’re also confident that we’ll have any outstanding cuts completed by the end of February.

If you do have any issues that you’d like to report, you can:

• Log the issues via our resident app, myHavebury, by visiting my.havebury.com

• Email the team via myarea@havebury.com

• Call our Neighbourhood and Estates team on 0300 3300 900, choosing options 3 and 1 or enter extension number 7333 when prompted.

Thank you for your cooperation.
