How to pay your rent

Follow the links below for some information on how to pay your rent, or let us know if you're having financial problems. It is a condition of your tenancy to ensure that your rent is paid in advance. If you are struggling to pay, contact us at myaccount@havebury.com or call 0300 3300 900, selecting options 2, 1, and 2.

Via myHavebury

The easiest and most convenient way to do this is through your own online portal, myHavebury.

Not only can you make a payment but also view your account details, report a repair and much more!

All you need (to register) is: your Havebury account reference number, your surname, date of birth and your email address.

Once registered, you can access this all at the click of a button and via the App;

There are other ways you may want to pay:

  • Direct Debit

    Your rent can be taken by Direct Debit on any day, on either a weekly, two-weekly, four-weekly or monthly basis. If you are the bank account holder, you can set up a Direct Debit with a member of our Income Team over the phone. If you would prefer, we can send you a Direct Debit form to complete and send back to us.

  • By Phone

    You can pay using our automated telephone line 24/7. All you need to do is call 0300 3300 900, selecting options 2, 2 and 1. You’ll then need to quote your 19 digit Havebury payment card number and your credit or debit card details.
