It is a condition of your tenancy that you pay your rent in advance. If you are struggling to pay, please contact us.
You can email our Income team at myaccount@havebury.com or call 0300 3300 900, selecting:
- Options 3 and 2 and 1 or extension 7843 – to speak to a member of the team about your rent account balance, direct debits or payments
- Options 3, 4 and 1 or extension 7305 – to speak to our Welfare and Benefits team
If you want to speak to a member of our Rent and Service Charge team about the calculation of your service charges, please chose options 3, 2 and 2 or extension 7315.
Via myHavebury
The easiest and most convenient way to do this is through your own online portal, myHavebury.
Not only can you make a payment but you can also view your account details, report a repair and much more!
To create an account, you will need to confirm:
- your Havebury account reference number (you will find this on your payment card or on your annual rent statement)
- your surname
- your date of birth
- your email address
