How to pay your rent

Follow the links below for some information on how to pay your rent.

It is a condition of your tenancy to make sure that your rent is paid in advance. If you are struggling to pay, please get in touch with us.

You can email our Income team at myaccount@havebury.com or call 0300 3300 900, selecting:

  • Options 3, 2 and 2 or extension 7843 – to make a payment
  • Options 3 and 2 or extension 7843 – to speak to a member of the Income team
  • Options 3, 4 and 1 or extension 7305 – to speak to our Welfare and Benefits team

Via myHavebury

The easiest and most convenient way to do this is through your own online portal, myHavebury.

Not only can you make a payment but you can also view your account details, report a repair and much more!

To create an account, you will need to confirm:

  • your Havebury account reference number (you will find this on your payment card or on your annual rent statement)
  • your surname
  • your date of birth
  • your email address

Once registered, you can access myHavebury at the click of a button and via the App.

There are other ways you may want to pay:

  • Direct Debit

    Your rent can be taken by Direct Debit on any day, on either a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, or monthly basis.

    If you are the bank account holder, you can set up a Direct Debit with a member of our Income team over the phone. If you would prefer, we can send you a Direct Debit form to complete and send back to us.

  • By Phone

    You can pay using our automated telephone line 24/7. All you need to do is call 0300 3300 900, selecting options 3, 2 and 2 or extension 7843 You’ll then need to quote your 19-digit account reference number and your credit or debit card details.
