- Options 2, 1 and 1 – to make a payment
- Options 2, 1 and 2 – to speak to a member of the Income team
- Options 2, 1 and 3 – to speak to our Welfare and Benefits team
Via myHavebury
The easiest and most convenient way to do this is through your own online portal, myHavebury.
Not only can you make a payment but you can also view your account details, report a repair and much more!
To create an account, you will need to confirm:
- your Havebury account reference number (you will find this on your payment card or on your annual rent statement)
- your surname
- your date of birth
- your email address
