We are here to support you during these challenging times, even though you may need to communicate with us differently.

This information reflects our NATIONAL LOCKDOWN status which began on 5 January 2021

Please note:

  • Our head office is currently closed to the public

  • We are currently only carrying out the following repairs following our safe working practices
    – emergency repairs
    – urgent repairs
    – repairs that can be carried out externally
    – repairs which relate to health and safety

  • If you have an emergency repair but are self-isolating, our technicians can still carry out works. They will take necessary precautions by wearing PPE but you and other residents must move to another room for emergency works are completed. Our technician will record any follow-on works and will return to complete the remaining repair works at a later date. For more information, click here
  • If you have already submitted a mutual exchange application, we will aim to support you to move home in line with our safe working practices. Any new applications will be considered on a case by case basis. Further information regarding mutual exchanges can be found here. 
  • Communal areas in our sheltered schemes and other properties have been temporarily closed.

Income and financial support

Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) extended

It has been announced that self-employed people can apply for a third SEISS grant. Click here for further details.

Support for school leavers

one-off funding package worth £7 million will boost the support offered to 11,300 Year 11 pupils moving into post-16 education, work or training. The money will help schools and colleges pay for tailored support including transition coaches and mentors to provide one-to-one support for young people.

The Housing Ombudsman Service published a new Complaints Handling Code in July 2020.
