Havebury is committed to delivering services right the first time and to monitoring our performance in order to identify improvements.
The Performance Team
The team covers a number of functions including corporate performance, customer feedback, customer satisfaction and research projects. The team also provides support to the Performance and Scrutiny Panel and the Residents' Complaint Group.
Havebury's Strategic Board review a set of Key Performance Indicators and the Operational Board review the Business Critical Indicators every time they meet. The Boards decides which indicators are included in the report.
HouseMark has developed a benchmarking dashboard so you can see how we're performing. The information is presented in an approachable and logical way. It is aimed at, and ideal for, tenant scrutiny of services and value for money.
