Performance and Scrutiny Panel

Performance and Scrutiny Panel

Our Performance and Scrutiny Panel is made up of residents and independent members of the community.

They focus on how we are performing in our services and will carry out a scrutiny exercise with the team that delivers that service.

They also measure our current performance, interview our teams, and make recommendations to our Leadership team and Board so that we can improve things even more.

We are always seeking residents to be part of this group. If this is something that you’d be interested in knowing more about, please get in touch and we’ll send you some more information or talk you through it in a bit more detail.

If you’re an involved resident, you may be able to sit on our Complaints Review Panel. This is a small group of residents who review complaints at stage two of our process, with a member of the Leadership team.

Update from 1 March 2023

Here’s a message from our head of business performance and risk, Rhys Bird, “The Performance and Scrutiny Panel have not been as active as we would like in the past few months. This is no fault of the Panel, and we are now working towards getting the panel up and running as normal again. Part of this work includes reviewing how the panel interacts with other committees and the wider business. We look forward to seeing the panel getting into the swing of things again shortly”
