To that end, we have spent some time reviewing our options around the delivery of our grounds maintenance service. One of those was that we bring this service in-house.
There’s a number of reasons why we want to do this:
- the feedback from our repairs consultation last year was that you prefer when our in-house team deliver services, rather than a contractor
- we retain greater control over the quality and delivery
- the quality of this service has a large impact on you and the communities in which you live
Our Board have now approved the proposal of us bringing this in-house. We have now informed idverde that we will begin delivering the service in-house from February 2024.
