Our Engagement team hosted the event, joined by members of our Complaints, Income, Neighbourhood & Estates and Building Safety teams, who were on hand to answer residents’ questions.
Some popped along to learn more about our services over a cup of tea and a biscuit. We are always grateful when people take time out of their day to come and speak with us.
The main topics of conversation were:
- Tree works
- Damp and mould
- Keeping the home warm during the colder months
- Repairs queries
- General tenancy questions
If we can’t resolve the issue there and then, we’ll work with the wider team to get this resolved and update the resident regularly.
We also spoke with Reach Haverhill about joint projects that will benefit our residents in the Haverhill area.
Our next drop-in session is at the Bridge Community Church in Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday 20 February, between 1 and 3 pm.
Our next drop-in session for Haverhill will be on 19 March at between 18:30 – 20:00 at the Clements Community Centre.
