The results are based on what women across 263 organisations, including us, have anonymously reported to Great Place to Work UK®. about our workplace experience and how well represented we are in the workforce and management.
As an organisation, we are committed to making sure our team can reach their full potential, no matter who they are or what they do. There is always work to be done – but only by first identifying the gaps in our experiences can we truly take action to close them, which is why analysing employee experience and benchmarking ourselves against other organisations is important.
