What can you do to ensure you remain gas safe?
The Gas Safe Register has many hints and tips on staying gas safe in your home. We will also do our bit and ensure that your boiler is serviced annually. It’s important that you allow access to our engineers to carry out your boiler service and safety check when it is due. We can’t fix any issues you have if we can’t get to the boiler.
Aaron Services, who service our homes with gas and oil heating systems, has a code of conduct that sets out standards, behaviour, and actions you can expect from them and what they will ask of you when they visit.
Here are a few examples from their code of conduct.
- They will always show you their photographic identification cards.
- They will treat all residents fairly, honestly and respectfully, tailoring their service to meet each resident’s needs.
- They will always act professionally and be polite, helpful, and friendly.
- They will explain what they’re doing and where. Keeping you informed at every stage of the process.
- They will take care to protect your belongings, furnishing and floor coverings from damage.
- They will make good any areas affected by their works, cleaning up any mess they make.
You can read the full code of conduct on their website.
