Make Things Right Campaign

Everyone deserves to live in a safe and secure home. We're supporting the DLUHC's Make Things Right campaign.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has launched the Make Things Right campaign to ensure residents know what to do if they want to raise an issue with their landlord. This includes raising reports of:

  • damp and mould
  • poor insulation
  • broken doors or windows
  • leaking pipes
  • other repairs
  • anti-social behaviour
  • access problems
  • poor services

If you have an issue, please report it to us as soon as possible. You can find the contact details for all our teams here. If we fail to resolve this issue, you can then complain and escalate it to the Housing Ombudsman.
