It was wonderful to see so many residents and talk to them about their issues, which fed back to the relevant internal team or third-party agency.
On the day, West Suffolk, Idverde and Citizens Advice were on hand to give advice and support to our residents and highlighted our cross partnership working.
Also in attendance on the day, we had; the Allotment Group, The Men’s shed and the Knit and Natter group. It was great to have these local engagement groups involved.
We spent the day litter picking, removing fly tips and helping tidy up planted areas, which will now be the responsibility of community members.
