“As we reach our 20th anniversary, there are many reasons to be optimistic. Our recovery from the pandemic is on track and by the end of this summer we will have fully caught up with any deferred repairs and services. We took time to reflect on the lessons from the pandemic and reviewed our services and how we operate to capture the best of what we learned from the last two years.”
